Mandy Brooks - Managing Director and co-founder
 Mandy is responsible for CBC's business strategy and works closely with the team to ensure that CBC delivers a measurable and focused service, providing clear solutions to clients' Business, Marketing and PR needs. Successes have included an innovative and resourceful approach to working practices which has lead to a forward thinking, dynamic and greatly enhanced service, a Best of Business Award, and the successful reassessment of Investors in People (IiP). "Our recent reassessment proves that we continue to meet the highest standards of the Investors in People accreditation and were identified as the best provider of work life balance that our assessor has seen". Mandy holds Accredited Practitioner status with the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and is a volunteer Advisor for Young Enterprise, for the second year, working with sixth formers to help forge links between schools and Industry.
Chaz Brooks - Communications Director and co-founder
 A talented communications professional, Chaz leads the PR team and is involved in both strategic direction and hands-on work with journalists. He has vast experience of Marketing and PR and was previously Marketing Manager for several well known companies including Canon UK. He is the current President of the Surrey Chambers of Commerce. Recent client successes have included a front page story in the Law Gazette for a legal client, an article on the Bloomberg newswire for a software vendor and mentoring and appearing as a PR adviser on a BBC1 television programme.
Olivia Chute - Operations Manager
 Olivia's expertise is in office administration, PR and business planning and reporting, training and quality. She is the contact point for invoicing and contractual matters. In 2007/8, Olivia was a mentor for MentorsByNet, the largest E-Mentoring programme in Europe providing consultation on Business Planning, Training and HR. Recent Successes include being awarded Accredited Practitioner status with the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.
Michael Kahn - Senior PR Consultant
 Michael has worked for CBC since 1997, as both Account Manager and Account Director, before moving to the role of Senior PR Consultant. In addition to his expertise in PR strategy and planning, Michael has been a freelance journalist. Recent triumphs include the successful placement and publication of a number of case studies and by-lined editorial features in clients' key target publications.
Andrew Ball - Senior Account Manager
 Andrew manages a varied portfolio of accounts, working closely with his clients and the CBC team, to proactively promote and raise the profile of the client, and to raise media awareness of the key people within the company, establishing them as trusted industry experts and spokespeople within their fields. Some recent successes include: placing an opinion article in the leading publication of the sector on behalf of a client who was keen to make inroads in that market, organising key analyst meetings at two separate trade shows and working hard to secure new business opportunities for CBC in these tough economic times. Andrew's hard work and lateral thinking has continued to add significant value to his clients' business.
Uli Schiwon - Account Manager
 Uli is a German National with over 7 years' experience of working on media campaigns with two PR and Marketing agencies in Germany and now with CBC in the UK. Her role at CBC is support the Team in promoting international clients and developing CBC's knowledge and experience in the European market place, especially Central Europe. She regularly attends CeBIT to event manage client presence and to work with the media. Uli has recently successfully launched a US Company's multimedia product to the UK Media, achieving significant column inches and product reviews in key consumer IT and lifestyle publications. Uli has also been managing Social Media campaigns for a range of clients.
Alison Scarrott - Account Executive
 Alison joins CBC as an Account Executive, working with and supporting the clients and CBC Team. Alison brings a wide range of PR, Marketing and Sales skills to CBC. She has worked with one of Europe's leading business magazine publishing houses, in a disciplined advertising sales environment and most recently has been working within a variety of PR and Marketing environments. Alison also has specific experience and expertise in supporting clients at trade events, organising industry dinners and award ceremonies.
