The Chartered Institute of Marketing's (CIM) Social Media Benchmark is a 6 monthly rolling study around how marketers are using social media for business. This infographic from CIM shows some of the key results from the Spring 2012 report. The report has shown that lots of marketers are using social media, but they say their main challenges for using it in business are budget, time and staff resource. Findings show that fewer than 1 in 5 businesses say that social media is central to their marketing strategy. //
